Cheers to my new painting! 🍻🍖

觉得是时候我结束这张画了。加了点黄色点缀冬菇。蛮有氛围的一张画，和Mehmuel 在过去2024年尾的相聚。 为美好的未来祈愿和干杯庆祝。 认为是好的尝试：第二张油画。

当初我想过这要给Mehmuel 的， 如今他忙着收拾家， 准备可能发生的Home Improvement Program (HIP)政府补贴的装修服务， 和爸爸要装修家。 我就不把画给他先。 其实有些犹豫， 怕他不愿意接受。像是有着班门弄斧的姿态， 说到底我还是有些自卑。

待时间晾干油画我再安排， 过去一年我们过得平平淡淡没怎么大的起伏。 恍又一年了。

finally and suddenly i look at the painting, and thought hey, i should’ve stop. dont try to put in any effort, 鸡蛋里挑骨头, might worsen the painting even further. it’s time! just a little bit of decoration on the mushrooms, with dots of yellow on top will do.

Was i escaping from starting a new painting, knowing that i struggled to find a suitable painting subject. My t-shirt project haven’t start, though i know i want to paint egggor.

Last strokes of paints for the cast shadows of 肉串. then i set aside the 20x20cm canvas, scroll through my Gallery, and shortlisted a few, well, i still prefer five-foot alley 五脚基with old town vibe. thought that a better canvas would have a better composition effect. Went back to 40x50cm canvas, and perhaps will go with acrylic? or oil? depends on where should i place my painting, BearHill’s living room or my bedroom. for health concern, acrylic is better.

let’s see what i decides when it’s time to paint.
