Urban sketching : Fort Canning Park 🖌✍️🌳

A myself moment to sketch outdoor. And warm up for 7 March’26 urban sketching session, a scout for suitable spot.

Initially tried to sketch the Fort Gate, but yea, looks failed and indeed failed.

Then when i walked past the gate, i can see the main structure and a seat, why not try to sketch here, once done i was thinking to move to another spot thereafter. But 不知道为何自己和自己对话的头脑里， 劝我把这张画好吧， 别急着画起几张不满意的， quality 好过quantity。

and i suddenly thought of i got my coloured pen, can do something with it. Here comes my first try of coloured sketch in full picture 😏.

原本应该是大概20分钟的这张， 我再慢慢观察上色， 期间不少人路过、谈天， 我们不一样， 只有我在速写。 画着画着， 时间到 Mehmuel 下课了。 我也是时候自己下课了。

这晚上的画画主题很突然的，别离我的shophouse 🏢& creative adventure ⛵️⚓️，给自己一个突然的任务， 去Fort Canning 速写。临时想到下星期的urban sketching outing， 自己出来做点sample 先。 哈哈， 学会征服画树🌳们着。
